My holistic approach specialises in parent present sleep coaching that builds on what is working and gradually moves away from what isn’t, so you can finally make progress without feeling like you’re going against your instincts or your baby’s need for connection.
I believe that every baby is unique, and no single method works for every family. Taking a holistic approach means I look at the big picture: your baby’s temperament and personality, your family dynamics and culture, your parenting style, sensory needs, feeding and nutrition, health and wellness, and what is developmentally normal for your child’s age. From this, we create a plan together that feels completely personalised to your family and your parenting values.
My approach uses methods that lovingly nudge your little one towards better sleep and help you scale back from unsustainable settling methods, breaking everything down into small, manageable steps that feel totally achievable and respectful of your baby’s ability to cope with change.
When you work with me I won’t prescribe strict rules, rigid routines, or anything that adds stress and there is no app to track your baby’s every move. Instead, I offer a gentle way to transform your little one’s sleep, one that encourages you to lean into your instincts and gives you the confidence to trust yourself as the expert on your own baby.
