I believe in an uncomplicated, straightforward approach to improving your baby’s sleep that’s tailored specifically to your family. It’s all about helping you feel confident and in control as a parent, and dymystefying infant sleep . Achieving great sleep for your baby isn’t about magic or luck—it’s science!
You don’t have to feel stuck between ‘cry-it-out’ and ‘wait-it-out’, and you definitely don’t have to struggle and muddle through. With the right plan and a solid understanding of how sleep works, you can gently guide your little one towards better sleep so everyone can enjoy the rest they deserve.
Sleep Guidance Call
A one off 45-minute video call to ask me anything and troubleshoot more simple sleep issues that don’t require ongoing support. You’ll get practical guidance you can put into place straight away and a supportive space to talk things through. Bring a cup of tea and a pen and paper, and we’ll work through what is getting in the way of better sleep.

This is my signature and most popular sleep support option for families who are ready to make real, lasting changes to their little one’s sleep. You’ll receive a full sleep assesment, online consultation, a personalised sleep plan, and two weeks of support as you put everything into place.

How It Works?
This is what working 1:1 together will look like
STEP ONE
SLEEP ASSESSMENT
I will ask you to complete a pre-consultation sleep questionnaire and keep a 3-day sleep diary to give me a really clear picture of your baby’s current sleep challenges.
STEP TWO
ONLINE CONSULTATION
After I’ve reviewed your sleep diary and questionnaire, we will set up a time for your on-line consultation. This is a lovely opportunity to get to know you better, set goals together and develop a plan that you are entirely comfortable and confident to implement.
STEP THREE
PERSONALISED SLEEP PLAN
Based on our consultation, I’ll develop a personalised sleep plan that will be comprehensive, but easy to follow. I’ll lead you step-by step through gentle sleep changes that you can follow at your own pace.
STEP FOUR
ONGOING SUPPORT
You will have two weeks of my ongoing support through Whatsapp or email (Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm). You can check in with me as little or as often as you need, to guide you through each step. We’ll also have a weekly 20-minute call so we can review progress, make any tweaks, and celebrate the progress you're making!
