FREE CALL
Book a free 15 minute sleep assessment call. During the call we will discuss your child’s sleep patterns, routines and the challenges you are facing. From there, I’ll guide you towards the support option that best fits your family and your goals.
SLEEP ASSESSMENT
I’ll ask you to complete a detailed sleep questionnaire along with a 5 day sleep log. This gives me a clear picture of your child’s current sleep patterns and helps me identify what may be contributing to any challenges.
ONLINE CONSULTATION
After reviewing your sleep diary and questionnaire, we’ll arrange your private online consultation. During our consultation, we’ll talk through your child’s sleep, set clear goals together and create a plan that fits your parenting style and baby’s temperament.
SLEEP PLAN
After our consultation, I will create a personalised sleep plan for your baby, tailored to your family’s needs. It will guide you step-by- step, with gentle, responsive and gradual strategies to improve sleep. Everything is designed to feel simple, straight forward and easy to follow.
ONGOING SUPPORT
Choose the level of support that feels right for you. Light support includes 3 check-in emails to be used within one month. Full support includes daily WhatsApp support for real time guidance, a wrap up call and a next steps guide to help you navigate your child’s sleep as they grow.

Absolutely. My expertise covers various sleep challenges, including multiple night wakes, bedtime struggles, moving away from co-sleeping, early rising and nap difficulties. I’ll work closely with you to identify the root causes and implement effective and gentle sleep solutions.

Sleep coaching involves personalised guidance to address sleep challenges in babies and children. I support families to establish healthy sleep routines and tackle sleep-related issues for improved overall well-being. I always consider sleep biology first, focusing on how we can optimise sleep pressure and daily routine. Secondly, I look at behaviour changes that help you move away from unsustainable settling such as rocking, holding or feeding to sleep, and support independent settling, if desired.

I hold a CACHE 3 qualification in Early Childhood Development at Early Years Foundation Stage, as well as 3 internationally recognized certifications in infant and child sleep consulting. I received specialist training at Norland Nanny College UK and have over a decade of hands on experience caring for babies and toddlers as a Nanny, Governess and educational play specialist.
I am an OCN 6 Holistic Sleep Coach, (the highest certification in this field) and trained under Dr Lyndsey Hookway. I am also a member of IACSC’s - The International Association of Child Sleep Consultants.
